They are supposed to be dating some designer. They have been papped cuddling a few times. it’s unrealistic to 1). expect everyone to know what pronouns you go by, and 2). get everyone to change their speech patterns and expect them to have that split second initiative all the time where they ‘correct’ themselves.

I’ve got an 8 year old who came home with this bullshit. I humoured him with it and now he’s doing something else this week.I do wonder how you and some others would react to a son or daughter of theirs telling them that they wish to be referred to using pronouns. Would you take the piss out of them?
