And re the whole non-binary thing - there are many different ways to be non-binary. For example, I'm male but don't identify with many "traditional" male things - i.e. I bloody hate football. I guess that would make me a "brainwashed loon" to some...

That’s just stereotyping. I’m a woman and I love football, which isn’t a typical female thing. That doesn’t make me non-binary, it just means I love football.

It’s not insulting to Pam St Clement. Pat Butcher is a character who’s tacky and harsh, makeup, clothes and jewellery wise. That’s no shade to the actress who plays her, she’s playing a character.

Imagine his stylist “team” describing this little outfit to him while they put it on. “We want it to be really really tight and uncomfortable, so that you have lots of large rolls squishing out”.
