That’s just stereotyping. I’m a woman and I love football, which isn’t a typical female thing. That doesn’t make me non-binary, it just means I love football.I don't feel anyone would have an issue with that as you're trying, as you say. I think the problem is when people get the pronouns wrong thinking it's funny, as have quite a few on here and social media over the last few days re Sam. That's quite pathetic.
And re the whole non-binary thing - there are many different ways to be non-binary. For example, I'm male but don't identify with many "traditional" male things - i.e. I bloody hate football. I guess that would make me a "brainwashed loon" to some...
