Cos they know in advance what time the concert will end and have staff already in position. When it ends randomly, there’ll be a lead time to get the staff organised. There are a minimum number on the stairs etc during a gig, when there’s not much movement, but many more during exit to keep it safe.
With big gigs the local transport (and police) are often geared up for the floods of people expected at a certain time. Goes a bit wrong if they come out early.

Comments on the nonsensical Daily Mail story about it are vicious

Lots about the autotune must have broken, and lots along the lines of 4 songs was 4 too many, the audience got off lightly etc

Anyone remember the crying at home Insta post during the early days of lockdown?
Yep. I remember posting at the time a (what I thought was) amusing meme about it. A friend called me out for being insensitive regarding depression, only for him to say he was "joking" following a backlash. Effectively a slap in the face to those who defended him.

One of my friends retweeted this

Sorry but no. If the muscle guy had of gone all out with the nipple covers, gloves, tiara, gems etc I'm sure people would have been taking the piss out of him.

Also one is wearing something that looks like thought and attention along with tailoring to fit has gone into it. The other looks like someone picking up whatever they found on the floor.
I don’t get this
That muscle guy might not be able to sing, so he isn’t going to go releasing music. If he did then no one might buy it as it’s terrible. Not everyone can do everything well. Sometimes things just aren’t meant for you and you can’t force it

This just shows just because you can do something. Doesn’t mean you should.

At the time Shakespeare was writing the word ‘cunt’ was in common parlance and was not considered obscene. You try using it to refer to people today and I think you might find any excuses of ‘but it was alright in the past’ would probably get you short shrift.
You might think it’s ‘pisstaking’ but most people are taking the piss purely because they consider it to be ridiculous. Sam is perfectly within his rights to identify how ever he wishes, but he does not have the right to force other people to go along with any of it.
I am Scottish and the use of the word c*nt is interchangeable- it can be used as an insult or a compliment!

I really was genuinely surprised by the teens, I thought they'd be all into him, or at least supportive of 9him, but absolutely not.
They were very scathing.
I can only imagine the group that support him are the TRAs?

Some of us are fucking trying after decades of being brought up otherwise. Give us a break with your demands. Mistakes happen. You’re asking us to remember many pronouns when we’ve been brought up with two. I can barely bloody remember names as much as I try. I’m not being a dickhead intentionally.
I don't feel anyone would have an issue with that as you're trying, as you say. I think the problem is when people get the pronouns wrong thinking it's funny, as have quite a few on here and social media over the last few days re Sam. That's quite pathetic.

And re the whole non-binary thing - there are many different ways to be non-binary. For example, I'm male but don't identify with many "traditional" male things - i.e. I bloody hate football. I guess that would make me a "brainwashed loon" to some...

You're wrong. As I said, I've seen enough pisstaking over it on here and social media.

But so what if Sam decides to do whatever? It's their life. By all means take the piss out of the outfit, but jumping on pronouns is a bit pathetic.

As an addendum, Shakespeare used to use gender-neutral pronouns. Guess that makes him woke, eh...
Shakespeare used to use pronouns such a thee/thine/thou as well, times change
