I don’t care what people do for a job. If you’re earning money fair play. BUT I hate when influenzers like our Sal (and Sean Pratt and co) pretend they’re successful entrepreneurs 🥴 that’s when I wonder where their shame is. They must be ashamed of what they do otherwise they wouldn’t try to hide it so much. I know Sal is more open about OF but come on she is clearly an escort or a hooker. Stop pretending you have multiple businesses when you make your money from your flaps being constantly bashed by strange men.

You misunderstood me. I was referring to Sal who’s a sex worker and always slating us with normal jobs 🤷🏼‍♀️

Also, when my husband died benefits would not have paid my mortgage and I’d of lost our house had I not had a job that paid enough to cover our bills. The house my kids had lived since birth & uprooted them during an already terrible time. Benefits aren’t an option for all of us. The fact you think it’s disgusting and shameful wouldn’t have entered my mind had I needed to pay my bills. Like I said, no one should be triggered by things people say on here or try to police opinions, but also there’s a lot of nonsense talked by people who obviously don’t have a clue. As if going on benefits is the answer to everything.

Sorry to come back to the whole ‘benefits’ debate but before we press on, I’d just like to say that benefits, u.c and anything else it’s called were never meant to ‘live’ off, just a stop gap UNLESS u need them for any sort of physical/mental/loss of job, illness cases. It pisses me off when people say it’s not a lot to live off etc as they are not meant to ‘live off’ just a help if u have no other money coming in. I’ll get off my soap box now but no one in the land of the great British empire has any right, more than anyone else (other than those that can’t physically/mentally work) to sit back and moan about the money they are GIVEN because it’s meant to help you survive, not THRIVE, the rest is down to YOU! No U shouldn’t have the luxuries of a phone, sky, lap tops, ale, fags, holidays, cars, animals, children etc if u can’t afford them! Y the hell should benefits cover that?! ITS A STOP GAP, not a living on thing ffs 😡 *rant over*
