I think the parents are more old money. They are very well off, have property in London and Devon. Clothing and materials may mean nothing.

Coming back to it since I've had a baby myself but I really can't believe she let a 5 month old cry it out for an hour. I agree there can be a need for some sleep training but going cold turkey on dummy and parents being close at once is so cruel for a baby so small.
