Cases like these take anywhere from a few weeks to years. Digital forensics backlog is huge in some areas with timing of arrest to charging being up to 3 years. If he isn’t allowed on social media then he will be on bail, if he reappears on social media this doesn’t mean that he’s innocent or the case has been dropped, sometimes people will be taken off bail and released under investigation. I’ve seen cases like this take over 4 years to make it into a courtroom when the offender has pleaded not guilty. Justice system is on its’ knees.

Makes you wonder all those times he came back before if he really was guilty of doing it. How many times do you hear of victims saying their abuser got away with things because not enough evidence
