And she some how puts it across like she's doing people a favour.

Look at me with my perfect life, no need for a job, no stretch marks, every high end item for free, even a spotless house with anew born and a leisurely stroll whilst having contractions. Let me give you some condescending tips and how to be wonderful like me.

I always think this too! I'm sure of it.
She always seems to get ridiculous questions that work perfectly to prove a point and make it look like she was just being helpful.
