Dad has some sort of IT business which he may or may not still be involved with. Ben was an account by trade but got in to the property developing with the Dad. And obviously it's very successful and lucrative for them.

The mortgage company have a charge/security on the property through the family business. It shows up in “charges” section on companies house. Wonder if it’s the business that bought it? Which is fine, but be transparent
