This is probably a very unpopular opinion…. But if you’re happy to go out socialising and putting other people at risk but then whinge when you get covid…..

He posted a flatlay on insta and it had his bellend in it. So he took the photos naked, as he has many photos topless on sofa with the kids, or in his pants after building his shed. His boundaries are not the same as others.

I think I was the first to expose the DM sliding that little hobbit did! I unfortunately had one a while back and I’ve been married nearly 19 years but hey what’s it matter! When my Husband is being an arse I always joke “carry on like this and I’m leaving you for Fudgie” 😂
That has made me laugh out loud! Fudgie messaged me many years ago however I shut him down straight away before I saw his hairy chewbacca wand! The look of him makes me sick

Jeez, don't they realise (kellogs/WR) that they are the bullies by allowing no one an opinion that doesn't chime with theirs. To allow personal attacks on those who question them to remain but delete the other comments. Because now all that's left of the chain of comments are ones berating Gav by one of their minion followers, not brave enough to leave theirs there for scrutiny nor kind enough to delete those attacking Gav. They really are stupid and deserve each other. What is the plan when the world they exist in collapses?!

Also, Kelly, if you don't want "negativity" in the run up to your marathon maybe don't posted every single thing on social media? Most normal people don't, and many keep their runs in the lead up to an event private. If you put it all out there you have to be open to feedback, if you don't want it then keep stuff to yourself.

I'm sure her pic of a sleeping Harri at last week's race was pointed at critics here who felt running came before family. A bit of a, look he's not bothered! Plus I think there was some post about spending one on one time with all her kids. Kel, no one is following you for parenting advice!

Catching up after a busy few days, just seen the Iten trip thing. Jesus H. Who on earth would think it's a good time to go, what is two weeks at altitude supposed to achieve and can he just stop with the borderline racist "how the Kenyans train" thing because it drives me nuts. There is no such thing as "how the Kenyans train" any more than "how the Americans train" or "how the British train". People train differently according to their levels, their speed, what coach they are with, what their goals are ETC ETC. I really hate the sort of mystical crap that's like "ooo the Kenyans are just all amazing they run with no shoes and no watches" bullshit.

(And aso they have one of the worst records on doping in the world, so there's that)

You have summed it up perfectly. He mentioned he is in a room where Mo has stayed previously and that to me expresses his view on this trip in a nutshell.

This whole trip (at this point in time particularly) leaves a horrid, horrid taste in the mouth. I know this should be on the other thread, I just wanted to respond to you.

A month of no sessions except the cross trainer?! Didn’t you run Valencia Marathon three weeks ago and your Strava and IG says different, not to mention pacing someone a few days at less than 5:30 minute per mile pace?!

Too many spout bullshit on those little squares and now there is going to be a reel with more of his poor form it seems 🙄😴
He's celebrating the fact it's taken him four years to wake up pain-free?!! That's nothing to be proud of and as a 'coach' it sets a bad example. Soreness, aches and niggles are all part of running. Continual pain is the body's way of saying something is wrong and needs addressing. If it takes him years to recognise this, then god help the people paying him £75 per month for his 'expertise'...

It’s not a ‘mistake,’ it was a calculated decision on your part. You knew better, and now you’re pissed off because you got called out on it. You don’t get to be angry when people decide they don’t like your true colors. The only fake one here is you.

I agree, I can't listen to people boast and brag about running. Just not for me.

I'm so picky about podcasts I've noticed. Bad grammar, too many erms and umms drive me nuts. Annoying banter. I just can't.

I enjoy BBC ones. Lazarus Heist. The Missing Crypto Queen. Death in Ice Valley.

I get this too! Wasn’t he under the weather when they did Berlin? There just seems to be a lot recently and I personally think it’s all playing on her mind about her doing too much and now thinking how much she’s in the eye of everyone.

Good to see Matt stepping up Fathering again! Always seems to be him jollying off and considering he’d clearly been injured lately he could have let her go and stayed home to look after Harri. Always get the sense that he puts himself first over Kelly and Harri, could be wrong but that’s how it comes across. If my husband was how WR is then my husband would be in the bin with the food waste on top 🙅🏽‍♀️

She’s doing RTTS 100K and has been doing all of her training in those ridiculously massive Nike shoes…maybe that’s why her calves are shot 🤦🏽‍♀️ she needs to wise up and get some real running advice or it’s seriously going to bite her in the butt. And yep, every run is un-fueled. I think she’s going to seriously struggle to get beyond a half marathon distance without consuming anything.
I've heard that RTTS is THE influencer ultra. The start line is selfie city and a friend of mine who did it said that she started near the back, and passed so many people doing full on photoshoots in the first few miles. She also heard that most had dropped out by half way and said there were so many of them in tears at aid stations cause they had no idea what they were doing and clearly had not trained correctly.

He really shows himself up as an arrogant, entitled brat when he goes in with his strops. Someone should tag TGCRF and ask for her coaching opinion cos I would eat my old trainers if she would write a taper week that looks like Kelly’s so called taper week. She ran a progression 10km today too!

PMG is back online, and has immediately done a Gracie post. So much for leaving social media. I’m definitely cynical because of my job, but all these running influencers commoditising their children and posting them online when it has naff all to do with running really bothers me. One post saying she’s back and going to use the account to focus on her running journey, and then immediately posting her daughter on her stories. I get it, I really do, and making time to run around children is hard, but every runner makes sacrifices around family, work, life etc… I know they all read here- so from one mum to another, and from someone who’s worked with offenders, you do not know how people will use these images, please please please safeguard your children by not posting images online for all to see.

She may be showing up consistently, which hats off some of us do struggle with now and again. But the consistency to type of training is just all wrong. I’ve never seen plans with so many PB attempts in one training block ever!
