also unbelievably sad to see so many empty seats there. bbc just informed me this is the lowest attendance for a six nations game since 2002. and this is against arguably the best team in the competition, one of the best in the world.

I hope attendance is better on Saturday for Scotland, we've got tickets and I'm now very excited after Scotland remembered how to play.

It was so sad for Wales seeing the stadium looking so empty. Saw pictures online of pubs pre-match looking quiet too, must have such a negative impact on hospitality in the city.

It would be interesting to see what the score would have been if France hadn't changed the whole front row after the 50 mins. Ireland couldn't get past their defence in the first half at all.

Can I just make an early point now, I have never mocked anyone for a bad game, and I have never professed England will thrash you all. I won’t even do that for France….
but rhat was fucking awful. If there was less about it being patron saint Maro’s 100th cap to paint over last week and more on making things better from that game. I meant we were beaten by a team thrashed by Italy and we turf out even worse as a come back!

That was a bum clencher! Pleased for France, even though they've put me through it the past two weeks. It's been an interesting 6 Nations, I like it when it all comes down to the maths of it and the last match.

Side note, the French strip was a thing of beauty this match...they seemed to look extra hot in it!

same. as an aside, i’m so sick of the sheer amount of streaming services you need to have just to be able to follow a sport you like. it’s crazy. you’ll have to have one service for the six nations, another to watch the internationals, maybe another one for the leagues. madness.

hope s4c keep the rights to show the wales games at least.

So he didn’t turn up. Not sure if that’s an issue but he’s now set for a three day trial next month. Three days is a lot of evidence. Not sure if it was already known but it sounds like a Glasgow woman as yet unnamed has also accused him of stalking and he‘ll be tried for that as well.
