I must be the minority I have the zebra sarasa vintage collection and I quite like writing with them though they are not my favorite. I don't like the 0.7 nib the 0.5 are better but thats my preference.

My favourite are more the papermate ink joy and ive never owned the muji pens

Oh, I would pick papermate ink joys over zebra sarasas any day. They are so much smoother and cheaper too. Color selection is a downsize but my first criterion for a pen is smoothness. If you like finer lines you should definitely try .38 mujis, I think they are not more expensive than sarasas?

I too love kaweco sports! The burgundy one with a burnt orange ink is my favorite everyday combo. I don't have any stabilo fountain pens but Pelikan has this really cheap one, I think they market it for children but its grip is super comfortable, and comes in fun colors. It unfortunately has a really thick stroke but I use it when I am taking long notes because I have a writer's bump that I am trying to keep under control.

Also she’s very much the daughter of her mother and her privilege is the result of her upbringing as much as their money. There’s a good chance she’ll never get her comeuppance - or if she does, we’ll probably never find out about it.

I have a friend who teaches a music history class at the university and she says all her subpar students somehow churn out excellent essays thanks to ChatGPT a lot of students nowadays rely on it because they don't want to put in the effort. I don't know if there is a plagiarism control on AI-written content but I doubt there is a way to prove it and I think Ruby will take full advantage of it. Granted my friend's subject is very factual rather than criticism based, so maybe it will be different for topics where an actual opinion will matter.

There is functionality with Turnitin to spot AI content. https://www.turnitin.com/solutions/ai-writing I imagine it doesn't catch everything though?

I don't know if children Ruby's age ... I mean... people born in the early 2000s know that show. I was born in the 80s so I grew up watching "Once upon a time ... Man" and "Once upon a time ... Life". I don't remember the other shows.

I was born in 1999 and they were definitely a staple of Sunday morning cartoons in Italy

I think she probably means submitting poems. Once a week would be a reasonable goal for that if she targets different publications and competitions, especially if focusing on small journals (although I’m sure Ruby thinks she would be entirely worthy of publication anywhere!).

That could show how she sees Blakeney, as a "commercial" thing to put in her videos because people like her.
She never was that close of Hermione and her "Oh no. Ok. Relax." from the first movie... No wonder why she constantly returns to that version of her fave character.

I only get “reset” time after y holidays is if I use a day of annual leave up to do it.

TBH I prefer to take a week but only go away for 4-5 days i have a couple of life admin days to get sorted before going back to work. Oh and I have 27 days leave a year (FT- 38 hours a week) which is pretty good but it has to factor in if I need a day because the boiler breaks etc

This just came up in my YouTube recommended, just thought I would remind people how tone deaf Ruby can be. There isn't anything necessarily wrong with receiving so much but there is no need for her to show absolutely everything online, could just do a few things

(Also apologies for not interacting much lately, got final exams soon so sadly Ruby is not one of my priorities)

Just skimmed through that video and the money spent never fails to surprise me. Those mugs alone would have been £25!! And she got two! And that was only one of the many gifts!

Why post this? It looks fecking nasty. Watery sauce, different types of pasta (so one is sure to be undercooked or overcooked), all the old crumbs down the side of the cooker, and the dusty pans in the background. It's just grim all around.

Is that pan what the Bones' use as a food bin? Certainly looks like food waste to me.

Also, she didn't show how the popcorns turned out. Safe to assume she burned it to crisps. Anything less tragic, she would have proudly showed it off.

If I'd pour hot something over a pan that sits on the edge while filming with the other hand ... that screams accident! also, you always pour away from your body.

Her sister’s real name (I’m not sure of her middle name - just referring to first name and surname) is great, actually. Perfect for writing/publishing. (I haven’t said the name in case it breaks Tattle guidelines to have it in full - since M isn’t an influencer - but I think people can put it together if curious.)
