You're so right. Thank fuck. Haha. I genuinely felt a bit sick thinking that's what it was.Look she’s such a grifter I wouldn’t put it past her but I’m sure that just means social media sponsorship stuff!

I think she's been desperate for a book deal to magically land in her lap as an escape so she won't have to face failing at postgrad or dealing with the real world.Besides her disadvantage with the subject, Ruby just seems so much more focused on her writing than her coursework.
Someone probably reminded her it existedLet’s hope she’s using the end of the academic year for her make-believe to-do lists, because on the face of it, it just looks like she fucked up and put in the wrong datesAlso, this just in:

I wonder why the server isn’t being used, Rootoraptor. Could it be… *drumroll’ because YOU vanished into thin air and emerged two years later frolicking on the green, sponsored fields of Fable?
Yes, I agree. My father is a doctor (retired surgeon) and he learnt Latin in his regular school education, and told me that in Med school, both Latin and ancient Greek were useful but not specifically taught separate to the ongoing classes. A lot of medical terms come from ancient greek apparently. For myself, in my Law degree, we learnt a lot of Latin 'legal maxims'. So while i can say certain Latin phrases and know what they mean, I can not understand Latin grammar etc. Latin can be really useful depending on what you go on to study. In the UK you don’t need to formally study Latin at school in order to do medicine, but there is Latin terminology in medicine that you will use as you progress in your studies later (at university), so it’s certainly not unhelpful!
It’s feeling cold as never gone from mid-20s to rainy 12-13 in a few days. TBF I boosted heating BF and had a sweater on yesterdayView attachment 2329021

Isn’t summer in UK? (I’ve no idea)
Eve Bennett officially announced that she's moving on from YouTube. Eve Cornwell said she was taking a summer break, but I think she no longer has interesting content to film because she mainly hosts meetings and check-ins for work because she doesn't know anything about tech.Who is even entertained/ motivated by her videos at this point?? I swear people watch her like she's a distressed tiger in a zoo doing laps in its enclosure where you're watching like "this is tragic you shouldn't be living this way" it's so depressing. I feel like if you want actually motivating content you go to Eve Bennett, and Eve Cornwell (even tho she seems to have given up YouTube and can be a bit cringe) bc at least they did something with their studying and grades
I have just checked the course that she is doing and you can only do it full-time which lasts 9 months. However, full-time PhDs usually last for 3 or 4 years whilst part-time PhDs can take up to 6 or 7 years.Does oxford do masters part time? Or maybe she is planning on doing a PHD after?
I am DYING to know the fandoms. Please share.Yeah, as someone who uses chatgpt regularly to write fanfiction for dead fandoms, I doubt it is that detectable, because the bot changes it tone and trends drastically with each update. It's like every new update has it's own little personality. Some updates are chill and funny, some are serious and analytic. A few have been downright assholes.
I'm sorry, I know it's been mentioned before, but her nails are disgusting.
Oh that's going to be a shitshow bearing in mind funding deadlines for PhD applications tend to fall around end of nov/beginning of dec she needs to get her act tgt to find a supervisor and write a research proposal. Its unlikely she'll apply (successfully) this year.Yeah just a year (actually less, I think it is 9 rather intense months) I presume she's hoping to apply for a PhD afterwards? Those are 4 years (on average) in the UK. I get the impression she's pretty set on just staying in 'Acadamia' (as she pronounces it) as long as she can.

Does she even know what she is going to be doing after?
