I’m sorry that picnic is shambolic. Why are they snacking on dry potatoes and hedge trimmings disguised as salad? If this is how the other half live then I don’t want it

I don't know why this bothers me so much, but wow it's still really warm. 24 degrees in the house today. I'm beginning to think Ruby just feels uncomfortable in summer clothes. She'll be so happy when it hits September/October.

that flavour is not that unusual. There is a German brand which does teas like these, too (the brand is Teekanne; I don't know if they are available in other countries, too?). They have caramel apple pie, strawberry cheesecake, sweet baked apple. But I don't like them very much. It's just a subtitle mistake, I guess. It's supposed to be called "applestrudel" which is a mix of English and German (in German, it would be "Apfelstrudel", which is a typical pastry in German speaking countries filled with apples).

I skipped through the video and came to a part where Ruby seems to be surprised that Amalfi is very touristy. Well, of course it is. What did you expect? a quiet town without tourists? at the Amalfi coast? it's the beginning of summer, after most people couldn't or wouldn't travel (I still don't want to, well I want, but I'm not as carefree as Ruby (and others of course) is/seems with this whole pandemic) for a long time.
I wondered why falling sun. Doesn't seem healthy. She definitely wanted to sound more poetic and a setting sun sounded too mainstream, maybe?
