I just hope she knows deep down she's undeserving of it lol I'm sorry if I'm being harsh but the idea of a complete and utter idiot like Ruby getting top grades when she can't even spell basic words or form basic sentences in her own native language is very annoying
This. She cheated and shortcutted her way through her degree in plain view and at no point learned anything.
She didn't learn how to be independent as a person. She didn't learn how to think criticality. She didn't socialise with anyone different from her. She didn't gain a wider understanding of literature because she didn't do the reading. She didn't learn how to do her own work. She didn't learn how to think for herself. Her flimsy grasp of the English language never improved and she graduates still unable to form basic, coherent sentences and with no understanding of things as simple as punctuation.
She's the exact same person she was now as when she started, only she looks like she's aged 50 years and her brain has turned to complete mush.
She might have a First now, but that's no measure of her intelligence since the work wasn't her own. Her degree ultimately won't open any new doors for her in the grand scheme. And she robbed herself of all the growth and learning opportunities presented by university. It was all meaningless.
If she's proud that she pulled the wool over the eyes of her university, fooled her lecturers and got away with it all with the bare minimum of work, that's one thing. But she didn't earn her grades through intelligence and hard work. She scammed her way through, and wasn't even good at hiding it.
I really hope that somewhere deep down, under all the narcissism and the Peter Pan complex and all the "Mummy, mummy! Oiy got a FARST!" smug attention-seeking egotism, she knows that she didn't earn it. She didn't work for it. It all means nothing. And if she was fairly graded on the intelligence and aptitude for English she displays daily, she would've failed immediately.
"Don't want to fake productivity or anything haha!"
Might want to take a look at all the "6 weeks of stuff condensed into one fabricated "day" in my life" videos or the "I read 57 books in just 1 day (p.s. they were mostly takeaway flyers and short stories that I just skimmed a sentence of)" vlogs there, Ruby.
Fake productivity IS YOUR IDENTITY.
