She also goes out of her way to use endless amounts of paper just for blotting ink, typing random bullshit on a typewriter, and for her numerous redundant planners when she has multiple digital options for writing, planning and note taking available and uses them all for the same purpose anyway.in her new video she goes on about sustainability but doesn't buy a refill for her zebra sarasa pen??? she said she 'used it up', she didn't lose it so why not buy a refill instead of a whole new pen???
Obviously you'd have written the summaries before reading the plays! And by that, i mean just copy it from the internet and then waste time re-writing them for no reason.I will admit to having gone through three gel pen refills (take note, Roobee, refills!) in the past four weeks because I did a thing and read through 16 Shakespeare plays, and the way my brain works is that the things I write down by hand have some chance of sticking in my brain and the rest... not so much. However, I’m not necessarily ever going to go back and look at those notes again, because I’m just doing this for fun. If I was a student, I would spare my poor hand and find far more efficient study methods.
Of course if I was doing it Roobee style, I would now go on to rewrite my 70+ pages of notes in rusty dip pen and then write a summary in Notion.
No need to worry - I guess when she changes her clothes she simply puts them back to her closet and eventually washes them like once every few months like her beddingOh and of course we have the multiple clothing changes. For someone who wants to be kind to the earth and live simply, she sure wastes a lot of water with excess laundry.

The pea thing is straight from Holly I think. I haven't watched her in ages but she used to live off frozen peasView attachment 712657

i literally still have a pair of scissors i got for Christmas 2003... they're the small pencil case size and got me all through primary school, high school, and university!!!!1. Says that manufacturers make scissors in a way so that you need new ones in 5-10 years and because of that they’re not durable… Idk about you but 5-10 years is durable to me. I’m lucky if I manage not to lose scissors after 2 or 3 years.
Thank youfam your contributions to this thread genuinely always make my dayYou'll be finding glitter in odd places for the next few years! And I hope your little one feels better soon!
Did I hear alcohol? Whenever Ruby says "beautiful" (or edit: favourite") one shot! I'm in!I would advise an alcoholic beverage if you’re at all so inclined. I know it’s only Monday, but I wish I’d been prepared.
She so knows what she is doing. And I actually get really angry with her for it because its SO irresponsible.I have a feeling that bowl started appearing recently after we discussed her small portions that you would expect to see in Oliver Twist![]()
Yeah. The flower on it shows that its still not ready. Then when she cut it and took that awkward bite, I could see that it was still not ready.I'm not being funny but that courgette needs at least another two weeks of growing. What a waste of a courgette.
Ah, but a modern ergonomic desk chair that won't cause chronic back pain and bad posture isn't veryOne thing I have never understood is Ruby's desk. It is small, oddly shaped (I think her father did it?) and messy, with stains, etc.. It isn't a very practical desk for a over-achiever, university student. There is little room to spread things out and even less for storage. Now she has that new chair which is far too low for her and it looks like her chin is the same height as the desk! Now I know why all this excess furniture has landed in her room with little practical purpose. She has to constantly move that table around because it is always in the way. Why not just shove the dang thing into the attic and be done with it....or some other random room in their house? If she has so much money, or her family does, why not splurge and get her a decent desk/work space? I loved my dorm room desk. So wide and deep. I ended up buying a large one that I still own because I like all that space for projects, be it study or art related. I could never work properly at such a confined space as her itty bitty desk. Because it matches that crazy itty bitty random shelf her father recently built? Why?? lol
Is this relevant to English literature? It sounds like the most boring topic in the world to me lolAlso for anyone else interested, she’s revealed her dissertation topic is Victorian Christmas print culture… could there it be anything more Ruby? I mean credit to her for doing something she clearly enjoys just giving anyone who watched her videos a heads up
Even the things that take up all her time, she never improves at.Would the acting class she took have fit in this time slot? Whatever it was she did, she‘s not pursuing it now. It just strikes me as very strange that she never talks about any hobbies. It’s all studying and compulsive exercise, she doesn’t seem to be doing anything that she wants to get better at or that has a function apart from making her feel productive or burning calories.
I really am passionate about the topics I’m learning about at uni, but COME ON. I’ll start doing my work when and only when classes start again. Summer is meant for chilling and relaxing!I've seen her last video and I had to stop at the 1:30 minute. I mean, maybe it's bc I study engineering and it's a different type of studies but how u r supposed to do your work before uni starts if they have to teach u how to do it? and then, autumn it is not around the corner, why she doesn't enjoy spending time without studying? What is she going to do after uni? I can't understand her vision of life...
