Hmmm... can anyone remember how close she said the house she bought was to his family home? I may have found it (but I obviously won't post the address here). There's only one house that sold in her area within 6 months of her video which matches the architecture she showed, and it sold for over £500,000.

Sorry if anybody has said this; I’m just catching up. But I suppose it could have been a private sale? Friends/family/grandparents etc

Ahh I see, I misunderstood the actual book and thought she was relating due to her having to currently keep deleting comments because of recent behaviour (and maybe this read if she reads it) I didn't realise it was a popular book. My bad!

What book is it? I really couldn't visit her page again it like looking at a Victorian ghost.

When was it that she bought the cottage? Was it the 2018 date? I noticed this on the rightmove listing (not the rental one) which shows it was sold in June 2019 - did she re-sell or have I got my dates muddled?

thanks for the suggestions!! i got a pretty good planner from tesco last year although it was quite basic. i'll check out those you've mentioned!

i like ruby (although i wish she'd stop posting such triggering content, i worry for her and her audience ) but i just couldn't justify it for £15 or so.
