When I used to travel with work (which I did for 10 years before kids), I would stay in 5 star hotels in Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Dubai, New York, Prague... it's still tit because you are stuck in a hotel or in an office working and only sightseeing at weekends. However, if someone is going to be jealous of corporate travel, it isn't going to be because you stay in some Travel Inn in Scotland in the middle of nowhere
