How convenient the liquidators were appointed the day before the draw..... all three of them are dodgy as hell
It’s ick that all of this is going on but she’s otherwise posting her wealthy lifestyle as normal.
Interesting article below -reads like part of the deal between the three directors was that the “competition” had to meet a minimum revenue of $11mill for the draw to go ahead. Seems like it was obvious within the first two weeks that “tickets” and membership to Roxy’s boot camp were just not going to sell at the levels that they anticipated.

If nothing else this whole debacle reveals what an absolutely tit business person Roxy is and how horrible her business instincts are. And this is after being a supposedly seasoned businessperson for decades with multiple companies under her belt. The whole thing is wrapped up in one giant red flag - from going into business with strangers to not creating a sound business plan or a sound contract to reinforce the business plan. Even slapping her own name, which is a brand asset, onto a company name for an enterprise that was so shoddily put together was taking a huge reputational risk.
It begs the question - If she is so inept at business that she can’t pull off this one small little side business without it going bits up, then exactly how was she able to accumulate such huge amounts of wealth? Because the asset portfolio she has always flaunted certainly gives the impression that she has much more business acumen than this tit storm reveals.
I feel like this may be the start of Roxy’s unraveling. Perhaps there is an intrepid investigative journalist out there who will start pulling at the threads?

It would have been a massive bruise on her ego too. From this whole shmozzle I’m gathering they wanted an influencer to be the face of the comp, Roxy thought she fit the bill perfectly and would be able to sell $11m worth of tickets with the lure of her boot camp and the dodgy ‘chance to play a game to win a house’ where the odds were ridiculously stacked. Pretty clear that none of these were enticing enough, imagine thinking you have such a profile that you could sell that many tickets?!
That any of the three of them thought they could meet the $11.5 million threshold is absurd.
They would have had to sell 23,046 of the $499 memberships -or- 396,551 of the $29 memberships or some combination of the two. That’s laughable.
Another statement from the chief con artist, now saying they will still refund people from her own pocket because the liquidator will take too long.
She said that before and people are still waiting. She will find another excuse in a few weeks as to why she hasn't paid. Probably something along the line of .... She doesn't have the data and payment details as they are owned by the company in liquidation and the law doesn't allow her access to the details nor to repay from her own funds. She has tried everything possible to repay and it is just not legally possible for her to do so.
