I do think she's rich - rich enough to buy her Paddington office building outright which is now worth ~$11m - but I wouldn't be at all surprised if the cars are leased (no shame in that, but leasing is different to owning outright).
She's full of contradictions - in one recent article she talks about Oliver being based in Tasmania; in another, it's Singapore. In another, the current house is too big for just her and the kids; and in yet another, there's talk of nannies (multiple) who ferry the kids to and from school in "Pixie's" Merc. I don't believe for a minute that Roxy doesn't have live-in help.
I wonder how many people have signed up to her $45k/head masterclass mentoring workshop.

Is advertising that it's her house for sale (by her and her agent) a good move or not? Well, we shall see. It certainly didn't work for Chelsea Winter (famous NZ Masterchef winner).
