I used to really like Taika til around the time he got with her and now he’s just shown himself up as a low rent middle aged pervy bloke and there’s no coming back from it.
. Saying that, he’s very much gone off the boil since getting with Ora. Like I said further back in the thread, I’m happy to imagine an alternate universe where we basically stop at 2013/14 Taika, and the current sleazy, sell-out old guy never materialises (and I say that as someone only a few years younger than him, but damn he regularly looks about 60 these days, and he used to be stunning).I feel disappointed in Taikia as well .. The sale racks in Penney's (Primark outside Ireland) are full of this awful collection. We're on the 3rd or 4th iteration. Somebody signed off on this deal, a d they deserve to lose their job.
I have no idea how or why this was signed off either. Did Primark do any market research on this? It should have been obvious from the start that this collection was destined for the landfill. It's so depressing.
I don't know why, as they aren't selling...well, not where I am from anyway. I was in there yesterday with my mum having a wee look. We were at the shoe bit and looking at the sales stuff when I saw a clumpy pair of silver wedge heels that looked straight out of the 90s and something even the Spice Girls wouldn't be caught dead in. My mum took one look at them and said they had to be part of the Rita line and she was right. There were tons of of her shoes on sale...some as little as £4 and they still weren't being shifted. It was the same with the clothes...tons in the sales section and dirt cheap at that but even then, no one was interested.
