Yeah, if you lived somewhere like that, you'd need to be wealthy enough not to care about how much it's going to cost to keep warm!
Once I heard someone say: Rich people things require rich people money to upkeep them. And this has stayed with me forever. Whenever I want something fancy, with a status symbol assigned to it (e.g. a Defender car), this quote gets me out of wanting it. It's not just the one of purchase but bills associated with it.
I quite like the vibe of the decor, but the price seems a bit optimistic when it sold for £440k in 2020.
