That’s actually a really nice part of Brixham, but it’s so ridiculously overpriced. £2 million for a terraced house that looks like it’s been vandalised by a gang of toddlers?
This is the best bit..” Emily Powell has also committed to maintaining the work after the sale, refreshing and hand painting every five years for the rest of her life for the future owner - something uniquely additional to the sale of the house"

Project, anyone?

'Cash buyers only' worries me - either " constructed in brick with applied timber framing and clay panels " is non-standard enough to be unmortgageable or there are structural issues. Though it could just be the sheer amount of work that's needed.

I love it when Kev is unimpressed but then has to admit he was wrong at the end.

I do remember a reservoir one, but had the feeling that the guy doing it was diagnosed with cancer during the build? Hope he's ok. Not sure if it was definitely this one though.
The worst Grand Designs ever was when the husband (really young) had terminal cancer and was determined to build a forever home for his wife and children.

Sounds more threat than promise
