It’s so badly presented! No art on the walls - it looks like a doctor’s waiting room in so many rooms.

They’ve obviously spent some money on it - a little more to add some figurative warmth would go a long way.

Exactly what I was thinking - no art, how strange. Also that beautiful dining conservatory looks like it would be freezing in the winter with no heating.

It’s wild how they’ve gone from hero carers of Sir Tom Moore, to being run out of the village by locals. They had some piss poor financial/business planners.

Who says they've been run out of the village?

It's more likely that the house is way too big for them now their kids are at uni or heading there soon.

I cant quite figure out what is going on in picture 38... is that a bath and toilet just hanging out in a bedroom? With no privacy for the toilet?

All a bit weird … was it an old people’s home? I like pic 27, we can either all stare at the person who sits in the armchair, or at the small TV in the corner! No curtains or blinds on those windows, either … all feels a bit abandoned.

I could happily spend my days swishing around in that house! I will never have close to that sort of money in my lifetime, but it's not actually that bad considering that a million will barely get you a 4 bed semi in some areas.

Agreed, where I grew up you can't even get a detached house in some places for less than 900k

That house is amazing, the bathrooms! Love that it has a dumb waiter too But agree it is a pretty small garden for a detached house (the floorplan illustration makes it look much larger).
