Is that black mould on the ceiling in picture 6? Wallpaper looks like it's loose on the walls, might be a sign of damp. And the overloading on that extension cable under the desk!

It looks like damp is causing the peeling wallpaper.

I think its the room marked dressing room on the ground floor. Attached to a bedroom but the bathroom furnishings look rather lost in it! I think I'd have wanted to partition it for an ensuite and dressing room. Although given its got planning for a rebuild I'd imagine the buyer won't much care about current internal layout.
