Here you go - I’ll warn you, i found it a hard listen in that she wasn’t very likeable and it’s not a great podcast and it’s lllooonnnggggg!!

Part 2 is where she really spills the tea.

some takeaways:
The ex seems to be revelling in the fact that Suru’s fella was cheating on her with the ex.

She doesn’t come across likeable at all.

The ex is definitely still hung up on Suru’s fella. The way she was talking and the language used paints a woman scorned and deeply insecure.

She has the receipts and he sounds like a piece of shit.

The ex claims he was only with Suru for the money, that Suru wasn’t his usual type and that Suru is the kind of person who was desperate to be white and middke/upper class.

Ex claims his mother also said he was with Suru for the money and she has screenshots to prove it.

Ex contacted Hannah and showed her proof.

Ex is very disparaging about Suru, her job, her looks and RedHanded. Very bitchy considering none of this is Suru’s fault.

She also made comments about how she knew he and Suru were staying with Suru’s parents because he video called the ex and she could tell he wasn’t staying with friends like he claimed but in a house that looked like a “foreigner’s” home with plastic on the seats.

Needless to say the podcast was a mess, she was allowed free rein to ramble off a lot of shit and she did, the hosts barely got a word in and it was all over the place with the Ex going off on tangents and bitchy asides. Neither the ex nor Suru’s fella come out of it well, but S dodged a bullet if she really has dumped him.

Listening to the Gabby Petito podcast now. Ironic how they're saying that the 'arm chair detectives' were out in force and being a nuisance, you're literally feeding into it with your podcast about true crime? And the public interest actively helped them find her body with that sighting by the other van life couple. I thought I remembered at the time them saying they weren't going to do an episode on this case even though it was being widely requested?

Kind of wish they hadn’t won listeners choice again - their content just isn’t what it was at all and I felt not winning might send them a message.

At least if the listeners get to choose a case as a prize we might get something more interesting I suppose.

Suruthi is a self hating ladder puller, who will forever be known as the woman who married her cheating white king despite him making racist remarks about her and her family, oh and openly cheating on her.

Wouldn’t be surprised to see her as a talking head on GB news in a shit dress,bad hair and makeup in the next few years.

Hannah needs to cut loose before she gets tarnished by it all.

As a podcast they have absolutely smashed it. I really used to like them both. Started listening in lockdown and really loved it. I'm finding the crimes a bit crap now though. They did one the other week on the murtagh murders and basically told everyone to listen to another podcast which has all the info. So why are you covering it then girls?! I know they have been preparing for the tour but the last few months the podcasts have been shit.

Oh my god I know, they referenced that podcast so much and basically said it was too much to put in one episode.
They are doing more reactive cases now and it feels a bit like they are just capitalising on people's ongoing trauma.
I know there's an argument for that with all true crime stuff but churning out a podcast just for the sake of it feels especially bad taste.

I started listening in lockdown too and was impressed by the quality at the time. It's definitely gone downhill as they have been more successful.

I rarely listen now. I'll have a look to see what kind of case it is but I always feel like whatever they do they tell you to go and listen to something else. Murtagh murders they just said go and listen to this other podcast and chernobyl which they didn't recently they just talked about the documentary. Give me the facts or don't cover the case.

It was on one of their patreon episodes talking about Astroworld and they mentioned Hillsborough and Suruti stated it was a "hooligan situation". Can't believe Hannah, an alleged football fan, let that go out.
She backtracked in the comments but didn't apologise until they got dragged so badly all over Facebook and Patreon that they left the Facebook group and made them remove the "official" bit from the group name.
They did a proper apology on Patreon a few days later and eventually did a Hillsborough episode and donated the monetisation.

shocking. Was this the start of being ‘unwoke’? I love how tattle opens my eyes to tossers. I disliked Hannah more than surhthi but I think Hannah might actually be the more reasonable one.

I always skip about 6minutes of the start...that's usually how much they chat before actually getting into the cases.

I hate when they're talking about a place and Hannah says 'Oh well when I lived there...' or if Suruthi mentions a bar, Hannah will say 'Well when I was there'... It's like if you've been to Tenerife she's been to Elevenrife.

I'm really enjoying They Walk among Us and Truly Criminal.

I used to love redhanded when it first came out, but I think the more popular they have become the more insufferable they are. As a PP said I enjoyed the cases as they were unusual ones, now they just seem to do whatever case is relevant at the moment. Plus shorthand is a bit bleugh. Would rather a more detailed redhanded episode once a week.

They don't take any criticism on board, such as the comment about the Hillsborough disaster.

They manage to shoehorn in most episodes about all the holidays/trips they have been on. (I probably sound like jealous bitch but I haven't been on a holiday in years)

Their absolute hatred and mocking of the police infuriates me as well. Yes, they do get it wrong, but when you are looking back on a case with all the extra Information and evidence, its likely sonething would have been done differently. I often want to say to them to join the MET as specials and see what is is actually like, and be voice for change if they feel it is needed.

Bah. I'm tired and grumpy.

Is it even an episode of RH unless one of them harps on about a trip they went on, or something amazing they have done, or some other unrelated piece of information that no one else is bothered about but they like a humble brag. Honestly I don't know why anyone pays for their patreon, they are crap!

Id imagine if youve listened to earlier episodes and newer episodes you'd see it quite easily. I know I have.

I only listen now if the case sounds interesting. They’ve done a load of stuff which just doesn’t interest me. It does annoy me when they boast about their lifestyles, travel etc.

I’ve also noticed the number of ads have increased but as I refuse to pay I just put up with it.

Seems like the quality peaked in 2019.

Yeah, when you look back at how good and well-researched some of the episodes were, it’s a shame to see how rushed and confusing (and boring) they are now. Casey Anthony, Scott Peterson and Josef Fritzl were some other episodes that were excellent. They’re just spouting out any old shit now since the Wondery move.

Can't imagine how Suruthi must be feeling being engaged, sharing a house and dog and he's sending those messages to another girl like "you're my only weakness"..?? sickeningggg.
