Who knows. She never really mentions family which is a bit odd. Her and him seem very isolated don't they?
Watching her stuff over the last few weeks though she's definitely gone off the track a bit. With that and the obvious weight loss I wonder if she's unwell again?
I think before she mentioned she gets very thin when she's mentally ill.

Her health anxiety is really coming through in her stories today. Seems like she’s terrified of getting sick and is trying to supplement her way to optimum health. Between this and her arsenic-in-rice-milk yarn a few weeks ago, it’s giving crunchy wellness.
