She'd make Benpecked drive them all across the country for a free pumpkin patch. Depart at 4 am to be there for the opening, take photos of the empty pumpkin patch and be back home in time for a slop lunch.
What is the point of pumpkin patches? I really, really don’t understand them.
I saw on BBC news that all the pumpkins in the pick your own fields are going mouldy. Because of the hot summer harvest came too early and now with the torrential rain they are rotting. Obviously awful for any farmer reliant on the income- but hilarious for insta-wankers wanting their fall content.
It has literally only been a thing since Insta. You’d just pick one up in Tesco for £3 before social media.

As a family we have been to a couple of really nice pick your own type places over the years but they don’t do any setups like this. It’s always a fun experience but one a year is enough for us!

Mama Kedgefund has been in Canada on a roadtrip, so that explains Grabby’s off grid silence. I imagine there’s been flipper stomping of earthquake proportions in Kings Langley… “What do you MEAN you’re going away in September Mama and Papa McStuffin?! But..but…but I ALWAYS go away in September and leave the free range kiddos home with you so you can handle back to school week because I’m such an amazing mumma! I don’t think it is - I just checked and they went to Ikos in Greece, this is one in Majorca

She’s unbelievable. Waffys just started reception and they’ve taken the kids out of school already. How selfish to value holidays over your children’s education
