She says the pain of the PT is a good pain as it shows it’s working. Yes ok we ache after a new workout regime that’s put us through our paces but how can she say it shows it’s working after one session 🤦🏻‍♀️ .

All it shows is she broke down muscle fibres, it does not mean it’s working, pain does not mean you have done a good job! bleeping idiot. She has DOMS.

there’s something about those side by side pics that I can’t put my finger on. The one on the left that was allegedly uploaded then deleted looks like it’s been edited when you look at the shape of the wardrobe door behind. I don’t get it, neither look right.

Omg she’s double the size 🙈 I didn’t realise heathery could edit videos too!!!! Also why does she have to constantly have her nips on show??? She’s such a woman!!!
