Looks like 2SS is on it with the school work.
This fills me with hope, it looks like proper school work with a little boy sat on a seat with his dad’s attention. Rather than Beggys ‘influencer‘ learning- ideas that aren’t age appropriate that she has pinched off Pinterest that can be photographed for the grid but don’t actually teach him anything.

I usually eat them when I'm really hungover.
Me too, they are really grotty but a great hangover cure. However I could never eat them with real sausages, the contrast in texture would be grim! (I mean they are grim already but no with the real thing)

I am normally the first to comment on influencers using food/ nutrition and exercise as content when they have 0 training or knowledge in the area, it's so dangerous to influence people in this area, but even I am not bothering commenting to her on that flash nonsense😂😂😂😂 it's literally not even worth getting out of bed for 😂😂😂😂
My favourite was when she was concentrating on her breathing and looking at her biceps while doing the Bicep curls 😂😂😂 that's me done for the day 😂😂😂😂
I’m no expert, in fact I have been going to a PT to shed baby weight as I have a 20month old who was 10lb4oz born and I put on over 4st in weight. I had been lucky enough to have to do zero exercise before baby and eat what I want with no consequences but now no chance! I can’t shift the last 2stone at all Hence going to a PT (trained professional which I am not!)- I have lost 10lb since jan and looking at her makes me feel like a failure. I’m 5Ft 11 and 13st now! I’d love to be back to 11st and a comfy size 12 but I’m struggling. I eat 1200cals on average a day (tracked) (of course I have a cheat day but only once in a blue moon) and exercise 40mins a day since lockdown began 5 weeks ago! (exercise makes me feel good and I do it when the little one naps) before lockdown began I did exercise for 3 hours a week. 40secs of bicep curls with a 5kg weight in each arm is one of my 10-12 exercises a day and I’m not a size 10 (includes squats, weights, resistance bands, sit ups, planks, cardio) What she’s doing is so damaging! I know I’m bigger than I was (size 14-16) and I’m killing my self trying to lower this and she’s there prancing round pretending to be a size 10 - JOKES!!!
I hate what I see when I see a photo of me but I don’t edit the tit out of it, I try my damn hardest to change it!

edit to add- there is absolutely nothing wrong with the size I am, I just don’t like it maybe that’s something in me that’s wrong but at least I’m improving it rather than editing it. As long as you own your size the number doesn’t matter - I don’t own my size that’s why I’m changing it (attempting to) xx

sometimes it's ok if your foof ends up on porn hub, sometimes it's ok to pretend you've been making home made food in the aga even though it's been broken so you staged the pictures, sometimes it's ok to buy followers, sometimes it's alright to sack off the home schooling in favour of standing in the kids paddling pool in your swim wear and getting that shot for the gram, sometimes it's ok to say covid19 is a load of hyped up old crap, sometimes it's alright to promote body positivity then pretend your a size ten because admitting you've put on weight yourself is so not the thing to do, sometimes it's ok to look in your poundland boss babe note pad at the amazing to do list of 2020 and realise I've lied, cried, blagged and faked my way into the new decade and would of got away with it all it weren't for those meddling tattle trolls seeing right through me,The end.

That's either 1. A really hungover tea or 2. A duck all in the house and my cars out of petrol and the shops 5 miles away and I've just sawn my leg off by accident so I definitely can't can't walk there kind of tea.....

But she went shopping this morning 🤔

Yeah I really don't think I would serve them to my kids unless nothing else in the house. I save them for what's now a very very rare occasion when I've had a few too many wines. She just doesn't have a clue does she.

For someone 5'11 you're not eating nearly enough lovely x

There's various TDEE calculators online you can use to get an idea of what you should be eating, James Smith for example has one too which is free.
