She's just post a clip of some woman doing 'her best Rebecca Lamb' impression apparently Rebecca is naturally Yorkshire, she isn't (her words not mine). She definitely nailed the 'lights are on but no ones home' way Rebecca sounds, but Yorkshire that certainly was not.

No protein powder is not for bulking, it is an additional source of say 20g protein in one go approx 100kcal per 20g.

What's the use of it though if you're not exercising? Surely it's to build muscle?

Is she 1000%? I just found it weird that literally maybe the first 30 pics of his 50% are him and her, him posting as if he was her own dad. Kissing her on the mouth etc. I think I’d feel uncomfortable if my brother posted like that with mine as much as he did!

Do they still do the morning fruit scheme in schools? Mine did when I was in primary school although that was nearly eleven years ago now so maybe times have changed - if so I wonder if alfie has fruit then? You weren’t allowed to bring a morning snack, you had the fruit.

They still do in my sons school for ks1 x
