Since she wasn't at the Ferrari gala, now it really looks like she threw this hint to indicate to be in NYC. Otherwise how would people know, if Carlos (or Ferrari in this case as Charles' gf wasn't there either) is not willing to officially show her off.

The absence for the gala (that I think was probably caused by Ferrari wanting Carlos and Charles to arrive and appear together) makes this hinting even more hilarious, tbh.
