She probably thinks that the mango is indulgent enough with “carbs” and “sugar” (using those terms loosely) and no doubt opt violet gets less on account of her not being naturally athletic, a fact we (and no doubt she) are constantly reminded of.
But the fact she shares this plate suggests she thinks it’s aspirational? Or at the very least normal. It is absolutely neither and it’s starting to feel like a parody account. If only it were.

I just started to read this book and instantly thought of Rachael!!

I messaged her she feeds her kids like sparrows and now she’s pointed out she feeds her KIDDOS (so annoying) so much food. Yeah right. That breakfast the other day was lame. Look at that huge lunch she’s eating herself today. She doesn’t feed her active & growing children a lunch that size. What a witch with a tubby husband who can go for days without eating & drinking. What a bleeping pair! Do the KIDDOS ever go and stay with her parents and get spoilt & fed junk treats micha prob doesn’t approve of them!

We've seen the breakfasts those kids get. They're not "huge". Also she says they have:

- ALL that lunch at school
- Snack after school (before MORE training)
- Dinner (we've seen the dinners)

And up at 5.30am…..those poor kids.
So much training and so little food, it’s such a regimented and controlled childhood and it’s bonkers that she flaunts the deprivation online for us all to see

I'm glad the hairdresser basically shut her down when she wanted more done but there was no time cos she's so busy busy busy.
How many retreats does this girl need a month to "decompress".
seriously what does she do all day to need to getaway on her own so often. She had the celebrity influencer retreat, another influencer retreat a few weeks ago, and now a getaway alone again. Jesus because she cut her finger, and "papa" has been away in china buying all the powders with god knows what's in them from china for their sheep followers to buy that she tells them they source their powders from the most organic countries. But no mention of china.
