His testimony is just so odd, he’s obviously trying to downplay his involvement and pass the buck on to JV, but in doing so has made himself sound like an absolutely tit “father”
Working all the time, hardly home, no experience of looking after children, slower to bond with Preston, Preston would go to JV more than him,

I hope the prosecution absolutely destroy him on cross. That evidence of the 36 minute phone call finishing just as JMF arrives home shows that they are both lying through their teeth.
If we can easily see the great gaping holes in his story just from the edited bits on the live feed, then the prosecution should have no difficulty in showing his lies to the jury.

JMF is really cunning the way he’s sticking the knife in JV. These two deserve one another, they should never have been allowed to adopt a baby, I personally wouldn’t trust them looking after a 3 week old rotten turnip. They disgust every fibre of my being and just hope that justice is served for baby Preston and they never see the outside of a jail again.

There was every chance that whomever was up 1st of JV/JMF would 'keep to the script' & having witnessed the questioning were then able to deviate 'off script' to save themselves.

I thought this. He appears to have added in that he saw JV scooping vomit out of Preston’s mouth too. As far as I’m aware, neither of them mentioned this until being on the stand as the prosecution made a point of that in JVs cross
It will 100% go into next week. JMF needs to be cross examined and he also may have more witnesses to call? Doubt it but he might. Both prosecution and defence have closing statements to make and then the judge has to do his summing up and direct the jury. I reckon the jury will be sent out by Thursday/Friday next week providing there are no legal issues
Vomiting can be a symptom of a perforated bowel apparently (the one Dr Crane couldn’t see in the pictures
) with the bloated belly JV talked about before so I expect he was sick in the bedroom & one of the only bits of truth hence why JMF keeps talking about it- Status
