I got this from when they covered the gaps of his phone use. I think he’s assaulted him, let him recover (which he has), and then assaulted him again for longer which is the one he hasn’t recovered from - JV has then gone to take a shower to wash away evidence leaving Preston dying on the bed basically. He’s gone back in and realised he’s pretty much passed away and JMF has arrived home while he was trying to bring him back. I think he probs has told JMF he drowned at this point but I think he has later told him the truth or JMF worked it out

Hmm I think it’s more likely JMF hears about the events via the phone call.

I thought about this but then I wasn’t sure, I wasn’t sure if he told him about the first assault and then “but he’s fine” but then assaulted him a second time?
But then I’ve switched back to thinking I that he initially did believe the drowning story.
Regardless, JMF is guilty and I hope to god enough has been said in court to find him guilty of all 3 charges!

I also think in previous assaults he has used a small anal sex toy - this will have caused injuries to his mole but depending on the size, not internal injuries. I think on the day Preston was murdered he either used a larger sex toy or he used his own pen, causing the internal injuries.

I don’t think JMF innocently believed the drowning story. He told the police Preston was sat up vomiting when he arrived when the medical evidence is that Preston was unconscious & perimortem so there was no chance that story is true.

Also JMF took part in abuse that left Preston hanging over the cot bars turning blue.. it will have been just as violent as it was nearly fatal, three minutes of turning blue, lots of previous damage to his lungs and mole, the photo of which JMF received THE SAME DAY that he is there all day. That photo is a memento for them both. He would know exactly how Preston got so gravely ill.

Ahh yes I forgot about that actually. I (for me) feel like a lot of JV’s evidence has definitely overshadowed JMF’s involvement. His accounts or interviews just aren’t sticking in my head like JVs do.
Okay, I’m back to thinking he told him during the phone call - remind me please how long between the phone call and JMF getting home? Because if Preston had already passed at the point of the phone call they wouldn’t have been able to get a pulse back at the hospital right? Or would the timings allow?

Or is it more likely Preston was still alive at the phone call but not recovering like he has previously and JV has rung JMF in a panic?

Or has he rung him, told him what he’s just done and Preston is “recovering” but then he’s assaulted him again in the time between the phone call and JMF getting home?

I feel like if they sorted the story on the phone then things would have been staged better? But maybe I’m getting the timings wrong?

So he takes a series of photos of Preston passed out in the bath..( which is a feature of his experiences with the pair of them in the bath with them for hours on end, until he passes out, he’s dropped under the water with JMF sat there)
Then he specifically moves the towel to expose Preston and sends that picture to JMF. Sorry you’d have to be an idiot to not understand what’s going on there.

Oh god this has made me almost throw up. I’ve had a look of disgust on me all day. Poor Preston. Also, sending huge healing thoughts to his darling foster carers. Thank god for some of Preston’s short life he had that love xxxx

So the “that’s your bleeping fault” text when JMF flight is delayed is linked to abuse of Preston? Does he send JMF the boo video where Preston is trying to sleep, and then it sounds like lots more are taken/sent of him upset just after saying it’s Hamada fault? Then he just happens to have another seizure that’s videoed.
Is JV cross cos he’s trying to keep Preston awake for JMF coming home so they can abuse him together? Vile.

So he was ringing the school but giving a false name and asking to speak to Janet Gee, he's claiming he gave the last name Maudsley and is claiming he was known by that name anyway
