So he took photos of preston with an erection to show his potential gf or bf when hes older.... sounds to me like preston was just a laughing stock to him, i am sure I would want to see a photo of my partner as a baby with an erection. That is just weird!

Yeah, this is bizarre. Both the idea of Anne Geddes art being all over his childhood home (not impossible I guess, but unlikely) but also the idea that this photo - Preston asleep in the bath with a pillow and towel, moved aside to show his genitals - resembles an Anne Geddes shot in any way.
He’s working hard to make these lies look plausible though, I’ll give him that.

Same with the empty bath. It seems they’ve just left him where he lay rather than put safety and comfort first to move him somewhere better at the risk of waking him. It’s very upsetting.
NO ONE takes photos of their child’s genitals to have a laugh about when they’re adults. Maybe a photo of a bare bum in the garden, or a tantrum on a trip to the beach, but not an erection
He’s trying really hard to normalise unjustifiable behaviour.
This stood out to me in the wording, making a baby sound manipulative in their eyes. He’s giving himself away without realising it.
I'm also sure - from my memories of Anne Geddes - that most of her photos of babies are covered up with only their faces showing. Didn't she do babies in flowerpots, or asleep but wrapped up like a caterpillar/butterfly/ladybird, faces being the middle of sunflowers, etc?Or exposed genitals, either.
This is the defence questioning now. The prosecution will then question him and also JMFs barrister. It's easy now for him as his barrister is trying to show him in a favourable light. Even under non-hostile questioning he is struggling to come up with believable answers.

To hear the court reporting and then volunteering to go to court to make sure her voice is heard to get justice for Preston is a sign of a woman who really cared about that little boy. She showed more love and respect for him in life and death than JV and JMF could ever show.

Even if they did take advice and guidance from the foster mum, I'd bet my house that she never said "oh and he loves being physically, emotionally and sexually abused", and if you need to be told not to do these things to a baby, you are definitely not suitable to adopt a child and never will be
Exactly, swaddled or dressed up and posed and probably quite content while sleeping. To be compared to this level of evil is quite something.

This isn't the defence he thinks it is since it's been made quite clear that this isn't simply a case of negligence or endangerment anymore, but that there was evidence of sexual abuse. You can't plead ignorance about not realising you couldn't SA an infant - especially if you're 'child protection trained' as JV was very clear about at the hospital after Preston passed away. "I wasn't taught how to look after a baby!" could maybe be used a defence for why he thought it was okay to leave a baby in the water unsupervised - but the evidence has been quite clear that version of events isn't what actually happened and it's not how Preston died.
Also secondly, there's already proof they WERE shouting at him to startle him, etc. So clearly whatever training they did get, they didn't care enough about it either. He's hopefully just shooting himself in the foot when the time comes for the cross-examination

It’d be nappy free time or skin breathing time, why would anyone even mention willies at all as it’s NOT the focus most normal people would have when a baby’s nappy was off.
And generally nappy free time is done before a bath so if they do get dirty then they can get clean in the bath.
Did he really say at the start of proceedings that the adoption vetting process was very enjoyable and he’d recommend it to anyone? What planet is he on to think that’s an appropriate thing to say after what’s happened? He’s a deluded narcissist or something, I don’t even know anymore.
