What are you all wearing/did wear in first trimester, feeling very bleurgh tha nothing fits. Well jeans fasten up but don’t look nice on the waistline and uncomfortable. Lost 4 stone last year so my body changing again is going to take some getting used to. I know it’s not the biggest issue right now.
Currently 13 weeks and having a mare with this as I had also lost a lot of weight and then seem to be gaining it back. And lots of floaty trousers for work, ordered some stretchy ones but still waiting for them to arrive. Wore cute cotton dungarees today and life changing. Might go and try and find some more on Vinted lol.

I STILL can’t feel baby move ☹
I didn’t feel BabyA properly until around 22/23 weeks either! I felt the very occasional tiny flutter at around 19 weeks but nothing remotely consistent or recognisable! And he never did “normal” kicks so I wasn’t sure what I could feel! I felt him move properly for the first time when I was cuddling a miniature piglet at a farm with my nephews ( yes, pigs are fine, I checked!) quite randomly, I’m convinced he felt the piglet’s heartbeat and responded!

Just found out I’m pregnant with baby number 4! With my last two pregnancies I didn’t work as was a stay at home mom from my first baby. When are we telling our employers? Do we leave it as long as possible or tell them early on?

I told mines at 25 weeks the legal deadline. I told people I am friendly with but not HR - I don’t think there’s a right or wrong answer? Xxx

I am worried as I have just accepted a new job. Hilarious really as in the 15 months of ttc my body thought now was the right moment just as I accepted a new job 🤪

This was me, after years of ttc. Started a new job and less than a month later was the day I fell pregnant 🤣🫣

I told my manager last week at 10 weeks . Mainly really as I was struggling and wanted to tell her what was up !!! But I’m not going to be telling the wider team for a while

Congrats!! I told my boss the week I found out but only because of the nature of my job

Congratulations!! I told mine at 5 weeks with both of my pregnancies but I work in retail and just wanted to protect myself as it's quite a physical job!

Ughhhh I just don't enjoy pregnancy and am so done with it. Almost 33 weeks with my second. I have the worst insomnia and am so exhausted. Turns out I have very low iron and have been given tablets. Felt a bit better at the weekend but I took a tablet this morning and I now feel so nauseous at work plus I think I slept for max 3 hours last night.

Congrats! I work in an office job but it's quite demanding. With my first I told my boss at around 8 weeks as I was really tired and worried it was affecting my work. I think told HR after my 12 week scan.

With my second, I came back from mat leave already pregnant so I left it a lot later. It was around 23 weeks.

I think it depends on the nature of your job and how you are feeling as to when you tell them.

Im with you. I feel I’ve had it relatively easy overall but I’m due this week and I’m so over it at this point. Everything is so uncomfortable and some days feel like a week. Hang in there, even though I’m moaning I do feel the last few weeks have flown by looking back!

Those with more than 2 already, did your second arrive before the first? I know babies come when ready but I’m curious and also just DONE at this point 😂

I started a new job last year 25 weeks pregnant - I told my new boss after my 20 week scan. I interviewed and got the job when I knew full well I was 16 weeks pregnant already. She was very good about it seeing as I’m a teacher and it was a pain for her to rehire to cover my maternity when my class had only just got to know me 🤦‍♀️ I started there in September and went on mat leave in December at 38 weeks…

My second came 2 weeks and 5 days later than my first 😂 I went overdue and had to have my waters broken otherwise she'd still be in there now!!

My second arrived before my first ! She was born 39+5 . With my son I went overdue by 10 days and had to be induced . With my daughter I went into labour naturally ! Giving you some hope 🩷

I was only overdue by 3 days with my first so not too bad but I was induced and I’d like to avoid it this time round. Why do boys seem so stubborn compared to girls?🤣
