Can anyone give me a bit of advice, not sure if I’m just overthinking😂 I bought the Heath and heather organic raspberry leaf tea. I was about to have my first cup last night when I found out it has hibiscus in it!? Which I didn’t think pregnant women were supposed to have at all🤔 I’ll be 37 weeks tomorrow

I’m starting to worry again abit that I see loads of others at 15/16 weeks getting small bumps. I have days/times of day where I feel more bloated- could I suppose be a bump. But then others where I feel nothing at all. Had abit of a tummy anyway before pregnancy so maybe I’m gonna find it harder to see. But worries me it kinda comes and goes like it’s just bloating and not baby!
Honestly don't worry, I was about 23 weeks before I even had a bump with my first and even when I was due mine was still really neat - everyone is different! X

Anyone had stomach pains/bladder pains on omeprazole? It makes my heart burn go away but then I can’t sleep the night I take it because my bladder feels like it’s spasming all night 😩

Brilliant news, congratulations ❤ x

2 days of labour and no sleep, panic attacks, being the only woman in an 8 bed ward who had actually given birth, couldn’t stand properly because of epidural (fell over) wet myself standing up in front a a nurse who didn’t do anything, could barely walk because of my episiotomy, couldn’t bend down to go to the toilet, was dripping blood everywhere, passing wind without any control, somehow learning to breastfeed, change nappies, dress the baby while I could barely move myself and was always sobbing. The noise on the ward, the lights being kept on until 11pm, night checks at 4am, a woman snapping at me to feed my baby properly, my husband only visiting for half an hour. No privacy, the curtains kept being pulled open.
That sounds awful! I'm sorry it was like that!

I think a lot of it depends on the actual hospital.

Mine have a separate ward for women who have just given birth.
We still have the checks every 4 hours.
But all of the staff there were lovely and helped whenever I asked as well as checking in if they hadn't seen me for a while.

I had the same issue struggling to move with my second as I had a 3c tear.
And I could hardly move.
But luckily they helped out when I asked them to and got to miss cleaning up babies first poop which was great 👌🏻😂

It was after about two minutes 😊

Ah I see. I would imagine that I would only be about four weeks so it will be early 😊
The time of day you did it will make a difference too 😊

I'd say get a digital and do it first thing and you'll know for definate 😊

I’m in Scotland not had a scan since I was 32 weeks and that was to check my placenta I’ve not had a growth scan or estimated weight which id actually quite like
Do you not have access to the Badger app? As the grow chart is on there and has the estimated weight. I was getting frequent scans as I was a smoker when I found out I was pregnant.

Im just a bit undecided on what to do!

Currently debating if it's a really dumb idea to buy Paramore tickets for a 23rd April gig... almost exactly one month after my due date... in a city 100 miles away...
I feel your pain. It's a terrible idea so soon but I would absolutely love to see them! Why do things have the worst timing!?

No nothing about baby's weight, they haven't weighed me since twelve weeks I thought they might do that. I wasn't overweight pre pregnancy but definitely had a sweet tooth in pregnancy so blaming myself for this
I haven’t been weighed either I feel like midwives don’t care 🤣🤣

Probably going to sound ridiculous, but I’ve just been sat down doing absolutely nothing and my underwear/leggings felt wet, thought I might need the toilet and as I got to the toilet I felt a gush. Not like when you wee and push it out, just a gush. When I wiped it was completely clear so no blood or anything but I’ve taken my underwear off & it was absolutely soaked, I’ve put a pad on for an hour but I can feel little trickles every so often. Really don’t want to go to triage to be told I’ve wet myself though 🤦🏼‍♀️😂
how many weeks are you? I had the same thing, felt like I was weeing myself but then I got myself in a hole and was Googling PPROM. Spent 4 hours in the hospital to be told I was wetting myself but I would definitely recommend calling or going in!

Just had my twenty eight week appointment, bump measuring at 90th percentile and had glucose in urine so got to go back on Wednesday for a diabetes test. Anyone had a similar experience? Bit shocked as I've been very lucky and had a textbook pregnancy until now.
I’m 28 weeks and they’ve not measured my bump yet! Did they say aprox how much baby weighs? Mines 2lbs 10 and that was at 27 + 3

Hi all,

I’ve been a lurker for a while but I’m biting the bullet and posting! I’m 9+4 following 5 miscarriages in 2.5 years. I’m currently signed off with hyperemesis and something I’m really struggling with is being so sensitive to smells. I cannot bear the smell of my bedroom. It makes me so sick. Everything smells the same and it’s getting me down. I’ve changed bedding, washed any sort of fabric, currently in the process of washing all my clothes because I cannot stand the smell. My husband can’t smell what I smell, it’s not even like a bad smell but I hate it. This might sound slightly dramatic but because I’m so sick after eating, from the smell etc, it makes me so anxious to even be in the room!
My husband has just tested negative after having covid so we’ve slept apart and tonight I’ve got to sleep in here and I feel like I’m going insane!
I’ve got a lavender pillow spray which has helped previously but has anyone else got any wise words?!
Fully aware I sound like a crazy person.
It is absolutely debilitating. I had 2 HG pregnancies and in both hated the smell of my own husband. I still cannot touch the washing stuff we used at either time because it triggers me and immediately makes me feel sick. When I used to come home from being in hospital even the smell of my house made me feel sick. It doesn’t help you now but I just wanted to say it gets better, I found it really stopped probably around 18w both times. Which I feel horrible saying because it’s such a long time for you, but the best thing I found was sucking mints as I almost felt they masked the smell whilst I was sucking so I’d use them if I moved room, went to the toilet etc. x
