“Going forward”
An expression that is now over used in my workplace.
Some managers are now putting it, at the beginning of almost every sentence 😕

So many on here that I agree with but these in particular I haven't seen mentioned yet...

Cosy - as soon as September hits on Instagram 🙄

Delish - are you Jamie fucking Oliver?

Granbabies/grandogs - are you a redneck from the Deep South?

Baby mama - the rage this one stirs up in me is unparalleled 😡😡😡

"This one"

Overuse of the word "like" is a personal pet peeve of myself 😂 I'm a scouser and it annoys me how much I actually say it!

When people say my NOT so little... as in - Happy Birthday to my NOT so little brother!
Don't know why but it drives me mad.

When influencers write "Why am I nervous?" over the most ridiculous thing.

Another one is when people who believe in conspiracy theories say - 'Please educate yourself' or 'Do some research'. Its like they don't have a valid, sane response so they tell us to do some research and educate ourselves! The list could go on, I'm currently pregnant and extremely irritable 😂😂😂

when people say they need to "speak their truth", the truth is one thing, a person cannot have their own version of it, it is such an illogical expression. I used to only hear it in tacky american reality shows but have started to hear people in the UK using it too. awful

Most of the above, particularly the new normal, living my best life, hollibobs, fam/famalam and making memories.

Also:
Staycation (always hated it but it's being especially overused now )
Fitfam
Dem/dat/da, e.g. dem gains, dat peach (seen a lot on fitness accounts.... always reminds me of the line in an Arctic Monkeys song "you're not from New York City, you're from Rotherham"))
Obsessed with
Overuse of the word "amazing"
No words

‘It’s only (insert number) sleeps until (insert event)’ urgh. In fact any baby cutsie language when not directed at baby makes me feel ill.

Also hate ‘how lucky am I??’ Smug. The word is smug.
