Companies House is one of the best sources of information around, you need to dig around but if people want the protection of being a limited liability entity then they need to put stuff in the public domain in return.

It’s how we found out both that Sandra wasn’t a director or shareholder and then after this was outed, how she was subsequently (along with others) given a small shareholding.

Speaking of others, any idea who Garry Donald Griffiths , Jane Griffiths and Sophie Jane Perrins are? They were all given a shareholding back in Oct with Sandra, remember folks that this is a small ‘family’ company!

I searched for "Sophie Jane Perrins Popsy" and I suspect she is either Cherish's sister or SIL. She is just Sarah Jane on fb.

No nothing in the Popsy group but many main players from there are in the other group so word will spread behind the scenes. Plus Popsy are taking a beating on Trust Pilot.
