Oooh exciting times!!Have my first tattoo booked next month, I finally took the plunge and I’m so excited!!
Apart from my ears I just have my nose pierced but would love my belly button done. Just concerned about it healing when I wear high waisted things all the time![]()
Not sure if you’ve already started this but I’ve had half a sleeve removed, it’s completely gone and I have no weird skin or scarring, it’s like I never had a tattoo at all. Took 11 sessions over the course of 3 years and was extremely painful and expensive. I still want more thoughI love tattoos. However, I have one large one that I would like to have removed. Has anyone had any successfully removed and/or any further advice?
I had my tattoos lasered off . .Just toying with the idea atm but I have a tattoo behind my ear and recently I’ve been thinking it’s not right for me to have, it’s something that Im worried could be seen as culturally insensitive, but if I had it covered it would look even darker. Has anyone had laser tattoo removal and could share their experiences? Does it hurt a lot? Is it safe?
Thanks for that, that’s answered my questions! I’m thinking either cover up OR lasering, if it was layered off I’d never get anything else over the topI had my tattoos lasered off . .
It wasn't pain free but definitely not excruciatingly painful.
Id describe it like a flicking elastic band against your skin.
Your tatt probably isnt huge behind your ear?
If you were wanting it faded to have a cover up you'd probably only need a couple of sessions . .
You do have to be careful with exposure to the sun as theoretically its new skin, so do bear that in mind.
No time off work at all ..Thanks for that, that’s answered my questions! I’m thinking either cover up OR lasering, if it was layered off I’d never get anything else over the topand this might be a stupid question, I don’t have to take time off work after having lasering do I? Like I can just carry on with my day afterwards? And how would I look after it once it’s done? Do you need special cream?
Yeah sometimes they smell rank. There's some gauge specific balms you can getI’ve got my first tattoo booked on Thursdayexcited but scared!
Sorry to TMI but anyone with stretched ears, do yours smell? I clean them every day but my skin in generally oily so I get a build up within hours and it can be unpleasant. I’ve tried not cleaning everyday as I read overcleaning could be a cause but no frequency seems to help.
I Do! I love it! Didn't hurt as bad as my triple forward helix! but cleaning it for a week or 2 after was a bit sore. But i love it and it looks so nice!Does anyone have a rook piercing? I've wanted it for so long but it scares me for some reason! It feels really thick
I'm no newbie to piercings either, got helix, tragus, lobes twice, belly button, nose and used to have lip and tongue. But gahhh I just can't bring myself to get my rook done even though I know it'll never be as bad as I imagine![]()
I'd love a triple foward helix, but my helix is really thin and I literally don't think there's enough of it there to be able to pierce.I Do! I love it! Didn't hurt as bad as my triple forward helix! but cleaning it for a week or 2 after was a bit sore. But i love it and it looks so nice!
Went with my sis-in-law to get hers done and they got her to lie on her side for it. She said it was pretty painful and she could feel the crunching as it was pierced and it takes longer than other piercings! She maintains it was fine after all that though!!Does anyone have a rook piercing? I've wanted it for so long but it scares me for some reason! It feels really thick
