I think that is all they will print too. There may well be a case being built, who knows.But no one can confirm ( yet) how old he was in the group photo. Philip is wearing the same clothes in the one people are saying the one MM is 12 as the one in the Instagram post where he is 15 ( 2011) .other people have suggested he’s 10 in the photo, which would mean he joined the school before it opened ( it opened in 2008- company records on gov.uk ) . As soon as someone gives them proof, I’m sure they will report it but until then they have to stick with 15 . 15 is still underage. Philip still arranged him a work experience day at 18 ( as stated in the Manchester news article in 2014) .
