I still think PK could have handled this in a better way and showed his true colours. But those hecklers were clearly getting on everyone's nerves. No one cares about you mate, especially when people have spent £££ to hear the comedy.

But I think PK is also likely a nasty piece of work too.

The hecklers should have been removed, as above poster said you don't pay a lot of money to hear other people shouting
But pk calling the woman lisa reily really was out of order he was clearly large shaming (those in stone houses mate 🙄)
I've read too many stories and people's personal accounts to think pk is actually quite nasty irl
Most of the reveiws I've read for his show have overwhelming been negative so he should maybe hold on to the fans he still has left because without them 🤷‍♀️

To be honest if you heckle at a gig you get what you deserve. They are paid to make jokes and shouting out ruins it especially when you’re not witty and it’s constant.
My ex heckled at a comedy show once and the guy went to town on him finishing with calling him Capt Mainwaring (who he did resemble slightly).

Peter said he should've been beaten up. Its a bit far.

I think he was right, to get the heckler removed. Lisa Riley comment, hmm. I went to see Frank Skinner a few months ago. Now he's not up there on the comedians scale, and the tickets were only £33. But the support act was not amusing, it was quite embarrassing. Then FS came on and basically chatted to the front row. I heckled, he shouted back and someone nearby told me to shut up. I left early, because it was shyte...very disappointing. Xx

I think he went too far getting the lights put on and encouraging people to shout out to the hecklers! Having said that, I can imagine pissed up people shouting out is extremely annoying too! Not sure the Lisa Riley woman deserved to be slung out! According to her she just shouted she loved him or something!

I am baffled why people think they are.funny when they heckle. They literally never are. If you were funny mate, you'd be the one on stage. It is always cringe and really annoying. But also a discourtesy to your fellow audience members but even more to the comedian as surely it can break their flow and then it's hard to get back into it.

Having said that it sounds like PK is past his prime jokes wise and his true self is becoming more evident. Getting the lights up and getting people to point? Telling security to carry him out by his pubes? Too far and not funny. Also we're that many security guards needed?

However the guy ends up with supposedly a couple of bruises and is banging on about not being able to walk properly at work the next day? Good grief! Are you actually that flimsy?

No I think she does look like Lisa. But until we all saw the pictures of the lady we would have to base it of an assumption. Still don't think he needed to say it but it was as offensive as necessarily it could have been claimed. Did he call someone else Seasick Steve too? I assume this person was sporting a massive beard.

The person looks like Lisa Riley so I really don’t understand why people are saying he shouldn’t have said that.
If you decide to heckle a comedian then be prepared for them to give it right back and humiliate you. Iv been to comedians gigs and heard them go in on hecklers but it’s never made the news because not everyone is offended over absolutely everything

Am I the only person who feels sorry for poor Lisa Riley? Clearly the woman thinks it offensive to be told she looks like her, how mean!

I saw this comment on an article, which gives a bit of perspective from the audiences point of view. Sounds like the hecklers had it coming!

I don't find the Lisa Riley comment offensive, it's one of the oldest comedy tricks in the book to call someone a celeb/character they have a passing resemblance to. But I can see how it could touch a nerve if you were insecure about your weight, but most comedy does touch a nerve in some way

That’s interesting to hear an audience member’s take on it that she’d be shouting a lot and ruining it for everyone else. Both hecklers interviewed played it right down as to how much they shouted out. They got what they deserved then, but no need for lights on and finger pointing! Comes across as bullying imo! Should have just had them removed quietly!

The bloke who got removed for shouting garlic bread looks a right twit as well. The kind of man who thinks he’s hilarious when he’s actually about as funny as explosive diarrhoea
