I love the Phillip Schofield banter on the podcast (Rob was great on Gogglebox too)
What's the point of Rob setting up a separate Instagram account for his gym / football top selfies if he's just going to repost every single one onto his actual Instagram as well?

Maybe he's just trying to promote the account at the moment. But I have no idea as I'm not even on IG any more and havent heard him speaking about it
I'm the same! The realisation has done nothing for my social anxiety 🫠I cringed at the bit where Josh told him off for talking over him as I know I’m guilty of that! A close friend told me off for it once and I’m so conscious of it now! I’m not intending to be rude- it’s usually when I’ve had a drink and get a bit excited
Thought today's episode was such a refreshing change. Think they should put more time into finding different family set ups and journeys, even if it means skipping a celeb guest every so often. Much more interesting than that rugby guy...
Today’s guest was lovely! Hadn’t heard of her before. Will look her up now. Such nice energy. Glad there are people out there doing good work like that.
I love Kiri Pritchard-Mclean. She does a good crime podcast called All Killa No Filla with Rachel Fairburn (who is a bit of a gobby Manc, but don't let that put you off!)
I agree! I found Rob a bit annoying though, felt like he came across a bit dense at points and a bit more of his psychobabble.
Beckett bingo, I love the bloke but he’s like your mate that always mentions one of several things - with Rob it’s usually one of either fitness, schooling and or childhood, some mindfulness / counselling / psychological question or analysis & then some of the usual banter aimed at Josh.
As I say I like him but he’s much easier with Romesh, who balances him out very well.
He is the mate that always tells you the long stories about his dreams 🥱
I absolutely loved this episode. I hope she succeeds in generating lots of interest in fostering as the work foster parents do is so needed (and so poorly recognised financially and otherwise).
Kiri is one of the best people. She’s so humble and kind hearted. She does loads with charities - especially local to her. She’s really passionate about being Welsh - her heritage and culture. And she’s smart and funny!
I usually skip lots of guest eps but was so glad when I saw a post on the AKNF fb group that’s she was on. It’s such a different take on parenting.
I do think Rob especially struggled with ‘woman in her 30s doesn’t want children’ but it was a good and informative chat.

Yes I really felt this, it felt quite patronising when he said something along the lines of "you weren't very confident that you could cope having your own children but you proved you could" and she just politely shut him down
I don't think he can understand anyone not wanting to follow a traditional path.
