his company has folded?! Wonder if he's done that deliberately to avoid any comeback from all the people he's done crap work for in the past, they can't sue him if the company doesn't exist.
It's probably a whole phoenixing thing (where he'll pop up with a slightly different name to avoid debtors etc) - loads of companies did that with Covid loans etc.

They are rough as arseholes honestly.

Have we found out where she's moved to yet? Presumably not still in a chalet in Abersoch? Gutted her IG has gone private, I can't hate watch her any more

Looking on Companies House he's set up another 6 (!) companies since September 2021, mostly with very similar names.

That's not dodgy at all

If I lived up that way and needed a builder, I'd avoid him like the bloody plague!

Not defending them in the slightest as it is dodgy not filing any accounts but most builders set up a new ltd for each project to limit liability/risk. Although they normally have a holding company that overseas it all

I was just thinking this actually, one of our customers at work are a giant construction company and when they buy stuff for different projects they always have a new name eg "big construction company project X" with "subsidiary of big construction company" underneath.
