I recently sold.my house for 45k over asking. I didn't even go with the highest bidder which was an unbelievable 55k over asking. I chose the one I thought was most likely to see through to completion (and the one I liked the best because I have lovely neighbours). I had offers from the asking price up, so in abbys mind I'm greedy for not taking the lowest offer?? Give your head a wobble Abby.

Also LOL at the gardens and properties & kitchens she’s showing as inspiration…ain’t going to look like that in the crappy areas she can afford (although can’t afford yet)

also don’t think she has realised what is happening with house prices and mortgage rates at the moment, good luck finding much at 80K! They’re just a couple of silly kids trying to pretend by booking these holidays etc that they can afford a lifestyle that they cannot.

She’s delusional, if she wants to do her front garden like that in the areas she’s looking her plant pots and fountain will have been nicked before her first mortgage payment has even left her bank account

Anyone else feel she repeats a statement several times in a story just to have something to say? Lol

Also, i can only hear her say "I wanted", "I didn't want" - me, me, me!!!

Is her HUSBAND even included in this big life decision? (Especially since it's HIS name that's on for the mortgage and he's been dealing with it all oh and is the only one working!?)

She seems to have a very tunnel vision over "buying a house".

Spent the past few hours reading and wtf she bought a whole nursery for a baby she was never even pregnant with how did her boyfriend go along with that?

“I will be deleting this account tomorrow” why wouldn’t you just delete it straight away? Probably gonna come back tomorrow with the whole “I’ve had so many nice messages asking me to keep my account so I’m not going to let the haters win”

The only person who holds her back is herself and her attitude. I've done jobs I hated for rubbish money with colleagues I didn't like but I'd never tell people I hated my job especially not publically.

I never burned bridges because I knew I'd need those references or that people talk and you never know when it might bite you in the ass. I quietly side stepped into better paid roles, learned as much as I could and eventually went to uni but you have to want to better yourself and not expect it to be handed to you, she can't see how she's hemming herself in.

I didn’t follow Abby when the whole baby nursery thing was going on but for all we know she could have been pregnant and something happened which is why it was never mentioned again. Or they may have been trying and hoping like many do that it would happen quickly. There may be fertility issues we know nothing about. Whatever it is that’s their business and they have no obligation to share that information.
I saw that a close friend of hers had died a few years ago. Added to that the fact she has worked in social care for many years which in itself is very mentally exhausting, especially so over the last 2 years. So yes she may have some mental health issues going on, I believe she has even admitted as much herself. I hope she decides to give counselling another go and heals because growing up in that environment messes you up long term.

I may not have agreed with some of the decisions (or indecisions) on the account but ultimately I wish them the best and hope they do find their forever home because god knows it’s hard to get on the property ladder.
