I think it’s all sarcasm for a laugh and for the gram. He always does that smug face or eyebrow thing while he’s being annoying, it makes me laugh. All the ‘my love’ comments kill me too and their holidays look like such fun.

That's the thing. I'm sure it's what they want and they follow their own tastes but its ad after ad and feels like it's all just done for Instagram. I know that's what their account is about but if feels forced and not genuine at times. I'd rather watch it in a real way but it's all so staged it's just bland. They have bought and sold with everything in place and all the ads ready to go. I dunno if it makes sense or not lol

I unfollowed - he’d go quiet for ages then would suddenly post a few stories to get engagement up…..shortly followed by an ad!!! Then quiet again. It became too predictable

Unfollowed them today, only comes on for ads. when he comes on he’s always moaning about something. Also unfollowed home.in.herts. Her entire content is just ads and her bragging about it. Surprised she hasn’t got her own thread.

Haven't thought about them for ages. Just had a look. That garish extension is totally out of keeping with the original property. I really hate it when people do this to old houses - you see it all the time on Instagram. They take all the character out of them and make them look like new builds.

And why do two men, with no children, need such a big house unless they really do think they are property developers now and are literally going to do it up and flip it?

I Think that is their intention, but it all seems a bit same same. If you are going to carbon copy your old house in terms of design why move?

Like I said, I worked in the mortgage industry for 24 years including eighteen months spent selling repossessions in the 1990's, during the recession, so please believe me when I say I know all about the games estate agents play. I also watched LLL for many years Not now as everyone on there just seems to be a cunt these days including the presenters.

And no, it did not go to sealed bids in their case - just a lady relocating from the USA to the UK.

I just didn't like the tone of the whole post. There was no need to go into all the details except to humble brag about how 'clever' they were for getting someone to pay a completely unrealistic and over the top price for what is a three bedroom semi. The world has gone fucking mad.

Would the mortgage company not value it down? That usually happens on a normal sale, let alone a overpriced one.

I think for me they put a lot of effort into their content (hate that word). Great styling, amusing stories, nice looking blog so I can live with the ads. Only Ian and Ross know the extent of Ross's condition I guess. He also might earn a fuck ton to balance it out

I think Ross puts on an act for the stories and fun of it all!
I think they’re a fun couple who have a laugh together, only have to watch their holiday highlights to see that!
Their taste was very insta and clean so be interesting to see how they style this older house!
