Apparently there's a guy who hangs around court houses and he carries a big lever arch file with him. He wears a suit and he looks the part, but my friend told me he's not a real lawyer!! Supposedly he started out pretending to be one and he's so far into his role that he actually takes on legal cases, although has an appalling win rate. Not sure if this is true as it's quite far fetched!

Maybe just let children be children When my parents separated my mum leaned on me a lot (I was a child of 8) and I heard a lot of adult conversations and information I’d rather not have. I’d rather have been allowed to be an innocent child a while longer. Children pick up on things themselves and there’s enough being thrown at them on social media etc, no need to watch drag performances that are overtly sexual in nature. I’m not a prude, kids grow up fast enough.

I don't assiciate drag with trans, they're two separate ideologies. One is a performance the other is identity. There does seem to be some overlap with this shows content and the critical voices, some of whom are pointing out graffiti which appeared at the Mac referring to terfs. Did anyone watch Pose, great series it focused on ballroom culture and the mishmash of it all. I've said it before we're usually socially about 10 years behind the rest of the UK but the Internet means we can't be anymore it leaves it hard for people so set in their ways to swallow things they don't like.
But yeah don't be taking kids to shows with dildos and no we don't have to accept that being paraded through the streets either. Or being told we're not inclusive for objecting. It's about respect and morality.

What I mean is that companies go out of their way to be seen to be doing the right thing for rainbow stuff but disabled provisions are severely lacking. Plus I had a bad experience this week with police with a mental health concern about someone and the officer couldn’t give a fuck. I’m actually seriously upset this evening about a few things. I’m glad that the police are taking hate crimes against lgbt etc seriously but it seems like it is the only priority. Sorry I am just annoyed tonight.

Can confirm - this pamphlet being passed around holds nothing but incorrect information and scaremongering. All it is doing is creating hysteria which in turn is then creating more work for our educators. The curriculum is not going to teach any primary school aged child about sex, masturbation or porn. The only relevant part of curriculum taught to primary aged kids is the PANTS rule, brought in by the NSPCC, which explains that your private parts are private and how to report to an adult if this isnt being respected. The rest is mumbo jumbo. You can go online and read the full curriculum from start to finish. I wish more parents would research this properly and speak to their schools/teachers/education boards, because spreading this nonsense is creating more scaremongering, rumours and more work for the already under appreciated and under paid educators.
