Watching Stef's latest vlog- is it her sister she jumps in the water with? Cause considering Stef has been bulk/cutting and training for so long it's weird how the other girl has a better bum than she does. No hate on Stef's figure but I've brought this up before- when she does apparently do her bulk/cut cycles she stays very much the same or at least I never see any changes to her figure.

Her sister lives in Dubai, that is a cousin or a friend.
Someone she doesn't live with, shouldn't be in close contact with all things considered and Loch Lomond is at least 20+ miles away from her home (so not within the travel limit at that point in time).

Her bulk and cuts are as fake and manufactured as her.

Interesting that people think she's not really vegan. It honestly wouldn't surprise me though. I hadn't checked on her in ages because she annoys me so much, but went to her IG and her workouts at home with her tiny dumbbells- lol. She looks like she's struggling. There's only a few I can think of - the wife of The Gym owner who is also a PT and UKBFF competitor, but she's still married so not her; Donna Cowan (I hope it's not her); Carly whatshername who did a figure competition and won her class, but she's married; Sarah Holden but she seems to be doing the single thing and enjoying it; the that Donna's trainer and I hope it's not her either.

I would be lying if I said I wasn't jealous. Genetically I've got no ass and all my fat goes to my stomach Can't wait till the gyms open now, shed a wee tear when they said we could go back.

Definitely not within the rules, she breaks them constantly - gym at her parents home but calls it "her" home gym; she went to loch Lomond during the summer lockdown; drove to Glasgow constantly for food; her skating videos are not from her area etc.

I don't know if Marco is still there. She never seems to have her rings on anymore or make any mention of him. If he has left then she's able to see her parents, if they are her bubble, but not travel everywhere.

It makes me so angry!

Interesting point about Marco! He used to feature quite a lot on her IG/YouTube.

ETA: She answered a question on her Instagram recently! She's confirmed she's still married.

I thought he was the same boy from the gym but the film was too difficult to see properly. It must be shit to be him and still seeing people say how much they love Steph and Marco together etc on her videos and posts, purely because she isn't addressing the elephant in the room.

Lol her and her boyfriend have bought what looks like an even bigger house now. If she could afford to buy Marco out she must have a sizeable chunk of money. It wouldn't just be giving him half of his deposit back, the house will have increased in value since they bought it and he would be entitled to half of any increase in value minus the outstanding mortgage, plus any deposit he paid!

I've made an account JUST to post here.

I'm rather concerned with how much weight she's lost recently. She used to be very open about being a size S, but a few months ago she admitted the clothes were too big and she needed an XS. Now, her workout clothes are hanging off her.

She doesn't eat very much according to her 'what I eat in a day's (she has three meals, no snacks, and one meal is a smoothie). I think her wedding encouraged her to cut a lot and she's carrying on the little amount of food.

I don't think being a gymshark rep has all the girls who rep them in size smalls. Must give you a pretty warped view of your own body to see someone like the KK Fit twins who are also apparently a "small"

I know Stef is pretty petite anyway, but it never seems like she puts much weight on when she does "bulk"

I don't want to say his name, which is his insta handle too, as he doesn't have lots of followers and seems to have pictures of his child on there too. It wouldn't be fair.
And he has already been confused for a brother, who happens to be married, and that confusion could have a major fallout for lots of people.
