I think talking about him in relation to Stef and their split; talking about him and her new relationship; talking about the impact of the changes; talking about the visible differences since they split etc is okay.

I do find this derail very odd.

yeah she is so hyperfocused on her body. I stopped following her when he described in minute detail the specific way she wanted her shoulders to look like.... i remember being like wtf. as I said before like her a lot before that she explained a lot how to make quick vegan meals and had workout advice for normal people lol

Ooh I thought he was an accountant! Probably from something she posted years ago though lo.. But google hasn't brought up anything so you could be right about the police, would also explain deleting his social media.

I thought accountant too, I think he maybe studied that at university?

I remember seeing something about a meet up etc and the police mentioned. But I don't know for certain.

Oh noooo. I've always liked her so I was dreading seeing a thread pop up on her. I will say, she is genetically blessed to not carry any fat on her stomach and I think she gained a lot of her following for the abs alone. However I do appreciate her wanting to bulk properly, and not wanting to just gain a booty. Hopefully she doesn't go in the same direction as Grace.

Definitely not within the rules, she breaks them constantly - gym at her parents home but calls it "her" home gym; she went to loch Lomond during the summer lockdown; drove to Glasgow constantly for food; her skating videos are not from her area etc.

I don't know if Marco is still there. She never seems to have her rings on anymore or make any mention of him. If he has left then she's able to see her parents, if they are her bubble, but not travel everywhere.

I had wondered about Marco previously too as he used to feature so heavily in her videos and all of a sudden he's never to be seen!

Just looking for any others who follow naturally Stefanie. I’ve followed her for a few years now (I’ve been vegan for 6 myself, veggie since the age of 4). I’m also really interested to talk to anyone who has signed up for her vegan asethics website!

I got her book for Christmas and all the recipes I’ve tried have been good but there’s so many mistakes in the parts you can tell she’s actually written. She also claims certain foods/recipes are high in protein etc when they really aren’t. Her form is so poor in the photos for exercises - there’s also mistakes like where she titles the photo of a hamstring curl a quad extension and vice versa. I didn’t think she’d actually qualified as a PT? Even if she has she’s definitely not qualified to spread the false information in her book!

ETA: She answered a question on her Instagram recently! She's confirmed she's still married.

I'd also like to point out that that room is not in her house.

The post yesterday was filmed in the gym were talking about.
I don't know how she has so many videos in the gym coz she fanny's about half the time. From her videos it always seems she lifts small weights (arm ones anyway)
Maybe she's just genetically blessed.

I feel sorry for her in that Marco had previous relationship experience and she didn't really. It will be hard in that sense.

I agree that he completely changed everything, because of her, and that has got to be extremely difficult!

Completely agree, but then if it is true that she did leave him maybe there’s valid reasons. One of the ladies I do classes with had said he was a bit weird, not sure in what way she intended it
