any of you tried her workout guides?
I tried her 'Home' a couple of years ago, I didn't stick with it for the whole programme (I think I got about half way through) but I still dip into it for workout ideas at home. I was tempted by her HIIT one but didn't get it in the end, I would recommend her Home though!

Yeah no matter how much money they have surely they could find a cheaper one by at least 3000 that's still nice and save an extra 3000 towards a house...they appear to be savvy with money so it always confuses me.

Unless there are THAT rich that is a "cheap" place.
Tbh the advertised price is likely more than what they paid and with cost of living going up and London rental market being crazy atm I wouldn't be surprised if it's gone up a lot.

Just found this thread. I've only followed her on YT for a year or so but noticed she'd been AWOL and then watched her 24hr run vid last week.

When did the Lululemon sponsorship happen? It just seemed to be dropped in there without much background explanation? They're not exactly big in the ultrarunning scene which made the new trainers thing seem even odder.

She seems like a nice girl who's trying to branch out her business and making a bit of a hash of things. I'm also a biophysicist so respect for that, but I don't know many of us who have such extreme side hussles!! 😂
There's a few influencers advertising the lululemon trainers right now, so I assume their making a move into footwear? Most of the others I've seen just wear them in the gym or for a jog, but Natascha always takes it further.

Hello long time lurker but just wanted to say - if you go to the Power profile on Instagram you can see that on the post from 4 days ago - it’s clearly filmed in Natacha’s home. Also - on that profile it seems like she’s the one replying to the comments - the writing style, diction, emojis, everything screams Natacha. I could be wrong - but I doubt it. In short, don’t think she’s taken a proper break from social media in the sense of not going on at all. IMO, she’s not gone off social media because of a personal issue - I think she just wants to focus on this now and cba with her own following. I do hope I am wrong but I doubt it.
What's the Power profile?

I have the Hiit, home.reload and home.zero. I like them all, I am currently doing home.zero because I can't be botered to use any equipment. It's still a really great workout.

Total beginners might struggle a bit (some complex moves, sometimes the intensity or just possibility to do the move all wrong) that must be said, but with at least basic background in functional training you should be fine.

The Aflete app could use some updates, but in general I like how it's all set up. And the guides are a one time purchase, with no monthly membership or whatever, which was also a plus for me.

Yeah, I have a few of their things but I'm super fussy about trainers and they certainly don't look anything special. Their customer service is 💩, still waiting for them to decide whether I can send a faulty item back to them... 🙄

Love her channel! It’s been great to see her grow so much from such a small channel so quickly. Well deserved 👏👏👏

Her and Mario are so funny 😂

I did some digging and the company that they went to dubai to work on launched a couple of weeks ago. Shes not linked to them on Instagram but you can find it on companies house.

So could just be she has been crazy busy setting that up?

I think I worded it wrong - I meant more that, myself and my circle of friends have spent our 20s with a whole host of wildly different men and then fell into slightly more serious relationships later on e.g 28-32 and we've all had a great time. Regardless of the partner I think plenty of people feel a bit torn between sticking with a familiar long term partner vs going and having solo adventures, living alone, dating whoever etc. It's definitely something I've heard and seen in my social groups and other women I know professionally.

Each to their own of course but Natacha and Mario seem pretty happy!
A lot of my friends did this and didn't "settle down" until their mid-20s and now they're all worried about not having children. People who teased me for marrying the first man I ever slept with and having children in my late 20s and not "enjoying my youth" and "being wild". But now I own a house because we saved instead of travelling, and we have a family because we "settled".

But now we're doing "wilder" things, like travelling because our mortgage is so much less than my friends' rents. I have friends who are looking into IVF and adoption because they're older and are struggling to conceive naturally. I don't think I've "missed out" not having sex with more people, my husband and I lived our entire 20s together so we've grown up together, neither of us any baggage that my friends have to deal with- no ex-wives, no step-children, no having to do online dating, no secret criminal records.

like liking the comments under her most recent post? Maybe I missed some but there was no like from her in 12 weeks....I have a really bad feeling about this.
No, as in she commented on a post of @ saraalikhan95 on June 21st, and liked one of @ ananyapanday 's on June 29th ... :/

Are we sure she is renting and hasn’t bought it? Would have thought they’d have purchased a property in London because it is sure to increase in value from an investment perspective
I'm pretty sure she's mentioned having a landlord
